I’m dry brining ribeyes for dinner tonight…and lunch tomorrow! They are HUGE!
Porterhouse with butter, roasted Brussels sprouts with lardons and mushrooms, roasted cauliflower, steamed carrots, broccoli and beans… And a glass of shiraz! Yum!
…and dinner looked like this. Please note the butter.
Squashed sausages, steamed vegies, sweet potato mash and A LOT of butter. It was over quicker than the WOD!
