It’s Here!

I’m so flippin excited! I’ve wanted to read this book for months (after hearing the author, Paul Jaminet, interviewed on the Underground Wellness podcast) and it arrived in my mailbox this morning. I’m sitting at the kitchen table, slurping homemade pho (including my own beef stock made from biodynamic, grass fed beef bones, which I really must post a recipe for because it is GOOD STUFF) and reading. I’ll let you know how it goes …
